How much do you charge?
A. $59 to arrive and diagnose the
problem. If we can fix it in 15 minutes it stays
at $59. We bill $75 an hour in 1/4 increments.
Our prices are much less than the major
corporations AND we have a faster response time.
Usually same day.
Most computer
issues are fixed with 1-1.5 hrs.
In rare instances
such as data recovery, we may take the computer
with us. It is more efficient and can save you
time/money. We can give you a FLAT price in
those instances and usually have it back to you
and re-setup in 48 hrs.

A. Monday - Friday techs are
available 9am-8pm Saturdays 10-5. Sundays
10-5. We can usually get out there the same day.
